Repairs, alterations, extensions and new builds
We specialise in the administration and supervision of construction projects from alterations and extensions to full new builds. We will guide you through the whole process from design and obtaining the required Local Authority approvals to the selection of material and preparation of a detailed schedule of works and specifications.
Accurate costings are sought from contractors by competitive tender. We will administer the contract on your behalf, supervising the works to ensure they are to a high standard of workmanship and finish in accordance with the schedules and specifications. This will include full financial management by preparation of monthly cost reports and certificates.
We will ensure any extras are correctly costed and will prepare and certify a detailed final account.
